to hit the ground running in fulfilling his commitments around enhanced Economic Development, Public Safety, and Customer Service. Wall
set aggressive goals that he and his staff have worked hard to complete.

Russ has lived in Taylorsville for the past 15 years, and has leveraged his experience in City government and as a small business owner to provide strong, effective leadership and vision right when we need it most.
